The 2010 Fetish Con is being held at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Tampa Florida just 10 Minutes from our Fetish Studio Retreat. Situated within Minutes from Downtown Tampa, Channelside and Ybor City one of the most stylish neighbourhoods in Downtown Tampa, it boasts a fully equipped 1 Bedroom Apartment the bedroom is set up as a sitting room for all kinds of Fetish Photography and video production.
There is a full Bathroom Furnished living room. Both Lower Units are Air Conditioned for comport, FIOS Internet Wireless connection the WEP code is under the router. CABLE T.V with the playboy channel A separate 20x14 Studio currently used for Wrestling, ballbusting, mixed fighting and Grappling but can be used for anything.
The property is a Historical Residence that was converted into studio apartments. We have now converted it into Mini Filming and Photography studios.
The upstairs of the property can be used at your own risk for extreme photography and video. We currently film female domination and local photographers use it for extreme shoot that require realistic backgrounds. The upstairs studio is Partially completed and partially Gutted there is power cords for your lighting equipment and large fans to help keep it cool. The upstairs unit is the only studio that is not cooled by an Air Conditioning device.

These self-contained Photo/Video Set Studio Units and play-space is ideal for those currently involved in the productions of Videos clips for Clips4sale studio filming, Content Filming, Photography, Foot Fetish, BDSM, and fetish practices, general modeling, short term lodging to facilitate his or her sessions.
